I need a Door Closer as We are Rennovating Our Home and In This We have Already Used a Lot of Money. So It will be A Great Help as we have expended so much already. Also I wanna buy it as Our Door remains open many times and many animals ( Cat, Dog ) Enters. So It will Also Prevent That. Thanks
